Set-up in 1989, Greenacres Skip Hire is a skip hire company that specialises in waste management. Offering a range of services to both commercial and domestic clients, we can cover all of your waste management needs. From skip hire and bonded asbestos disposal, right through to bin hire and collection, we have the facilities to responsibly dispose of your waste.
Over 90% of all waste collected from us is recycled and repurposed. Giving you complete peace of mind that not all of your waste will end in landfill. As well as this, we are fully licensed waste management carriers and we are Safe Contractor approved.

Paul Nicholas after speaking with his father, decided to set up Greenacres skip hire in 1989 with his wife, Wendy. Originally they set up the business in a shed in Dinas Cross, where they lived with 1 lorry and 10 skips. Paul was originally an agricultural engineer apprentice with JE Lawrence and decided to set up his own business.
We added a new Wheel Bin hire to our list of services.

The company goes from strength to strength seeing our team expand to 14 members. Paul felt it was so important to bring in local people within the Pembrokeshire area, as they are part of the community. We are a Family-run business, with Wendy as one of our directors as well as Auntie Non, famously known as ‘SKIP LADY’ joins the team along with other family members.
Auntie Non becomes a big hit and nicknamed ‘SKIP LADY’. We thought it would be a good idea to somehow show our customers how big or small our skips were before they ordered. Up stepped Non.
November 2018 saw Radio 1 presenter Greg James caught wind of ‘SKIP LADY’ from our website and a star was born!

Skipping For Skippy
‘Skipping for Skippy’ was set up after owner and founder of Greenacres Skip Hire, Paul Nicholas passed away after an acute battle with cancer.
The main goal was to raise money for Cancer Research UK by completing 100 skips per day throughout February.
What better way to take on the challenge and remember Paul than skipping in a skip?
If you could kindly donate, we would really appreciate it. All the money raised will go to Cancer Research UK.
